Shipping Policy

Processing Times
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. During convention season or new product launches, order processing may take longer, but we will post updates if delays are expected.

Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Free U.S. shipping is available on orders over $75.

Delivery Estimates

• Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days

• International: 7–21 business days (delivery times vary by destination and customs processing)

Please note these are estimates only. We cannot guarantee delivery dates once an order has left our facility.

Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.

Damages and Lost Packages
Star Schlock is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the package and contents so we can assist with a replacement or claim.

International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes applied by their country. We cannot predict or control these charges.
